'Frances is lovely. Very easy to get along with, perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Her work is wonderful. The time and care taken was observed by all the staff and everyone commented on
what an excellent job she was doing. I have to say I found it fascinating to watch, you all have so much patience. I was surprised how clean everywhere was whilst the work was being done. I thought it might be dusty but Frances kept everywhere very clean and I think my
work area is now cleaner than before! We are very happy. Thank you.'

  Laying paving and making front step, Cheltenham Reference;
'Sorry but I meant to respond much earlier to say how pleased we are with our new path and steps.
Master Stephen's two apprentices did a splendid job in very difficult weather conditions and we'd like to pass on our thanks to them.
My 93-year-old mother is particularly grateful as well, as she now finds the new steps so much easier than before.
Steve Bryson'.
